1. Remember the price, the stock item number and the size: S/M/L
   Note: ALL PRICES EXCLUDE VAT - Small items ONLY available in our delivery areas.
    
2. Orders for the same day deliveries close strictly at 12h00 noon.
   Orders outside our delivery area carries a surcharge of R95.00.  
   (If outside our delivery area we shall try our best to arrange something similar through another florist, but the same item cannot be guaranteed. Our delivery area covers 25 kilometers in and around around  Rosebank, Sandton, Sydenham, Houghton and Linksfield (JHB) and Marshalltown, Johannesburg areas. However, should we deliver outside our delivery area, the surcharge still applies).
    
3. We shall need the recipient’s name, surname, address and telephone number.  In order for us to select the appropriate flowers for your arrangement also please state if the recipient is:  a Lady, Man, Girl or Boy.  Approximate age would be helpful although not essential.
   NB.  We cannot guarantee a delivery without the recipients correct address AND TELEPHONE NUMBER(s).
     
4. Arrangements can be in mixed colours or one colour.
          
5. Further do not forget your message. 
    
6. Telephone or E-mail us your order with all the above and your credit card details. We shall need the credit card number, the CVC number (last 3 digits on the back of your card), the name and surname of the person owning the card and your telephone number. 
   NB: Please remember our name e-florist will appear on your credit card statement. 
    
7. Outgoing overseas orders:  Please phone for outgoing overseas orders as different prices apply to different countries.  The currency for overseas outgoing orders is Fleurin, which is linked to the Euro.  The current currency rates will be charged.  The surcharge for outgoing overseas orders is R110.00 per order.
    
8. For Incoming International orders, only the large items are available and we shall put the Rand value to your credit card, the banks/finance houses will apply conversion in your currency at the day's rates.  All orders (international and local), except Corporate weekly flowers, must be paid for in full before order is executed.

Please note:   Although we shall try our best to give you what you order, the order may be different depending on availability of flowers at the market.  We can request for delivery times outside our delivery area, but it is not guaranteed.
Only funeral times can be guaranteed if ordered within a reasonable time.  

In the event that we experience server trouble (which does not happen often), we shall advise you once we receive the E-mail.  You will have the option then to decide whether you still want the order executed or not.

Please note:  Although we take all the necessary precautions to avoid any problems, we take no responsibility for any fraudulent transactions. However all such transactions will be reported to all banks concerned as well as to the SAP for investigation and/or prosecution. They will have our full co-operation to resolve such criminal activities.

The flowers must be returned for inspection.

Our working hours are:  Monday to Friday 09h00 to 16h30.  WEEKENDS CLOSED. All same day deliveries close at 12h00 (NOON) every day.
